We try to simplify the pricing game. Our team attempts to be as efficient with your time as possible in an effort to keep you from dishing out unnecessary amounts of money. In other words, we're as quick as our quality standards will allow and we'll be priced competitively. Period. Not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive - You'll get more than you pay for!

    • $300 - 1001-4000 Sq. Ft.

    *Pricing includes a $20 rendering fee we incur for processing of the media.

    • $150 - Aerial Photo Add-On* (6-10 photos for larger properties)

    • $375 - Aerial Video (Including aerial photos)

  • A mileage fee of $.60/mile will be added to any project that has a round trip mileage of more than 30 miles from our office in Wilsonville, OR.

  • All content will be delivered via dropbox or custom showcase by the end of the next business day. We strive to accommodate a 24-hour turn around, but there are times in which the delivery time may be earlier or later depending on the post production schedule.

  • For your convenience and our own, we utilize Paypal for invoicing. On your invoice, a line item charge of 3.6% of the total invoice will be included. If you wish to avoid paying this transaction fee, please send a check for the amount listed in the details of that line item. Thanks for your understanding.

the fine print

  • A fee of $100 per service will be charged for any scheduled appointment cancelled within a 24-hour period.

  • All content will be archived for one year, after which the media will no longer be available for download.

  • All Matterport scans will be available as long as the current listing is active. If the Matterport shoot is not for an active real estate listing, the scan will be available for one year from the time of the scan; after that point, ongoing hosting is available for $50/year.

  • Rush Delivery can be accommodated for a $75 fee and will be delivered within 12 hours of the project completion.
